Since embracing veganism in 2017 and being raised in a Reformed Jewish environment, Court faced the challenge of finding vegan adaptations of the cherished traditional foods she grew up with. Her quest was fueled further by her younger brother's food allergies. Room Temperature: When stored at room temperature, preferably in a cool, dry place, our vegan challah will remain fresh for about 2-4 days. After this, you might notice it becoming slightly stale or dry.

Refrigeration: We don't typically recommend refrigerating bread as it can hasten the staling process. However, if you choose to refrigerate, consume the challah within a week. Before eating, you might want to warm it to revive some of its original softness.

Freezing for Longevity: If you'd like to savor our challah over an extended period, consider freezing it. Wrapped securely to prevent freezer burn, our vegan challah can be stored frozen for up to a month. Thaw at room temperature or warm in the oven for a near-fresh experience.
